Thousands of domestic maids from the Philippines are expected to be allowed to fly to Hong Kong next week, despite the city's strict border control measures.
Hong Kong banned arrivals from the Philippines in April due to COVID-19 concerns, but the government is making an allowance for the maids, due to high demand for household help in the city.
