Hong Kong government dismisses concerns over population drop

The Hong Kong government is playing down worries over a public exodus. 

Official figures show almost 90 thousand people have left the city since the introduction of the controversial National Security Law a year ago. The government says there are many factors responsible, and the legislation is not to blame.
