Prince Andrew is refusing to comment after a civil lawsuit was filed against him in the United States by a woman who alleges she was sexually abused by the Duke of York when she was just 17.
Victoria Guiffre's (PRON: GOOF-RAY) lawsuit also alleges that the Duke caused her intentional emotional harm.
