Belgium is observing a national day of mourning for those who lost their lives or were impacted by last week's devastating floods.
Nearly 200 people are reported to have died in Belgium and western Germany. Hundreds are still missing, with the death toll expected to rise.
German Chancellor Angela Merkel will visit one of the worst impacted regions on Tuesday.
