INTRO:
Authorities in the Democratic Republic Congo have arrested three military officers for allegedly inflating troop numbers in the northeastern province of Ituri.
The arrest comes days after DRC President, Felix Tshisekedi denounced mafia networks in the army and other government institutions. Chris Ocamringa has more from Kinshasa.
