America’s battle to hit its COVID-19 vaccination targets continues to stall, with President Joe Biden doubling down (again) with a fresh push to convince a hesitant public.
While coronavirus cases are declining and restrictions loosening, the chances of vaccinating 70 per cent of Americans with at least one shot by July 4th are slipping away.
