Berlin prepares to unlock with record low number of new Covid-19 cases

Authorities in Berlin are preparing to ease more lockdown restrictions, including abolishing mask mandates inside cinemas and museums. 

It comes as Germany posts a record-low number of new Covid-19 cases.
