In the wake of Tuesday's school shooting in the city of Kazan that left 9 dead and dozens more injured, Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered to tighten gun control legislation. Some lawmakers suggested waving internet privacy in an attempt to control content promoting violence among teenagers.
