Lavrov and Blinken to meet on sidelines of Arctic Council meeting

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken are due to hold talks in Reykjavik on the sidelines of the Arctic Council ministerial meeting.
