Heavy losses for Nasdaq as tech plummets [Short version without SOT]

It was a bad start to the trading week for the Nasdaq following a
substantial sell-off for tech stocks.

And President Joe Biden has sought to brush off April's disappointing
jobs report maintaining that the U.S. economic recovery is still on
track.
