German Parliament approves vaccine privileges law

The German Parliament has approved plans to extend extra rights to those who have received a Covid-19 vaccine. 

The law will allow people who are fully vaccinated to avoid certain coronavirus restrictions - but the plans have caused some controversy, with civil rights groups complaining the laws will disadvantage young people.
