Rwandan President Paul Kagame's recent denial of atrocities committed by his country's troops in the Democratic Republic of Congo has sparked an uproar among Congolese citizens.
President Kagame denied the involvement of Rwandan troops in massacres committed in eastern DRC between 1993 and 2003 on the sidelines of the Africa summit in France. Chris Ocamringa has more from Kinshasa.
