Biden urges people not to panic buy fuel; touts need for infrastructure bill; says Russia not behind pipeline hack;

US president Joe Biden has tried to calm Americans' fear about fuel shortages amid panic-buying following a cyberattack on one of the country's key pipelines.


Although the hackers are thought to be based in Russia, the president says he doesn't believe that Russian government was involved.
