Belarus says it complied with international rules on plane diversion

The Belarusian Foreign Ministry says authorities complied with international rules when they diverted a Ryanair flight into Minsk, where two passengers were arrested. Belarus has called European criticism of the incident 'politicised'. Julia Chapman has more.
