South Africa’s Constitutional Court wants former president Jacob Zuma to propose and motivate what punishment he should face, if found to be in contempt of court. The Zondo Commission of Inquiry is asking that a two-year prison sentence be handed down to Zuma, who defied a Constitutional Court order to appear before the commission in February.
