Vladimir Putin vows "tough, asymmetrical" response to threats

Vladimir Putin has vowed that anyone who threatens Russia will regret it and will be met with a "tough, asymmetrical' response. In his annual state of the union speech, the Russian president also took aim at Western sanctions, which he called illegal and politically-motivated. Julia Chapman has more.
