Ukraine's foreign minister is due to visit NATO headquarters on Tuesday amid major troop movements in Ukraine and Russia.
Mr Dmitro Kuleba (D-meetro Kool-yay-ba) and his US counterpart — Secretary of State Antony Blinken — will be there later in the week, to reaffirm the US commitment to iits NATO allies.
