Some Indian states complain of vaccine shortages

As India works to expand its vaccination drive, several states have alleged they're running out of shots.

India recorded more than 126,000 new COVID19 cases in the last 24 hours- a new one-day record.

The country's total tally of confirmed cases is nearing 13 million.
