Matsuyama becomes first Japanese man to win golf major

Hideki Matsuyama claimed victory at the Masters at Augusta National Golf Club on Sunday, becoming the first player from Japan to win a men's major championship.


He started the day with a four-shot lead, finishing one stroke ahead with a final-round score of one-over 73.
