France to stop second AstraZeneca doses for under-55s

The French High Authority for Health is recommending that people under the age of 55 who had an AstraZeneca shot for their first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine should have Pfizer or Moderna for their second shot.

French health officials say that combining two vaccines poses no risks.
