Europe's health regulator has concluded there is a "possible link" between the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine and very rare cases of blood clots.
The European Medicines Agency reiterated its message that the vaccine should continue to be used in Europe, with its benefits far outweighing the risks.
At the same time, the UK's regulator recommended under-30s receive an alternative vaccine.
