EU health ministers have failed to agree a common approach to the AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine.
After the European Medicines Agency said there IS a causal link between receiving the vaccine and a very rare form of blood clotting, it was up to member states to decide what to do.
But on Wednesday no decision was taken.
