WHO warns Europe over "Covid-19 fatigue"

The World Health Organization has warned that eight months after the coronavirus arrived in Europe, people are experiencing "pandemic fatigue", exhausted by months of lockdown and restrictions. The warning comes as Europe faces a rapid resurgence in infections and certain countries reimpose strict containment measures. Toni Waterman has more.
