The EU sanctions top Russian officials over Navalny’s poisoning

The EU has sanctioned six top Russian officials, including close aides to President Vladimir Putin, over the poisoning of the opposition figure  Aleksey Navalny.  The Kremlin said  the decision  puts at stake relations between Russia and the bloc over just one man. Galina Polonskaya has more.
