Report finds examples of overt racism in New York courts

A new report from a team led by former President Barack Obama's
Homeland Security secretary has found clear examples of racial bias in
New York's court system.

According to its findings many grievances are similar to those
documented in a Minorities Commission report released about 30 years
ago.
