NY announces plan to tackle Covid-19 hotspots

New York's Governor Andrew Cuomo has announced a new plan to help
combat Covid-19 outbreaks in the state.

Under the new Cluster Action Initiative, localized restrictions will
be put in a place to limit the spread of infections.
