Night-time curfew for Berlin as Covid-19 cases surge

The resurgence of Europe's Covid-19 outbreak has reached Germany, with a nighttime curfew introduced for Berlin. The city is struggling to contain a major spike in coronavirus cases - which experts say is being driven by young people and illegal parties.
