Dutch MFA summoned Russian ambassador to explain Moscow's withdrawal from consultations about its role in the downing of Malaysian Airlines flight MH17 over Ukraine in 2014. Russia pulled out of tripartite talks with Australia and the Netherlands calling them "meaningless." Amsterdam expressed regret over the Kremlin's move.
