Markets tumble as Trump scraps stimulus talks

U.S. stocks tumbled Tuesday as President Donald Trump announced an end
to stimulus negotiations.

House Democrats recently tabled a coronavirus spending package worth
more than two trillion dollars but the President says talks are off
until after the election.
