Hong Kong democracy activists are welcoming plans from the UK and Canada to make it easier for Hong Kongers to move there.
The UK is creating a special visa for those seeking citizenship, while Canada is planning ways to set up what it calls a "safe haven" for Hong Kongers facing persecution under the national security law.
