The first curfew to hit Berlin's bars and restaurants in 70 years has lasted less than a week after a court quashed the measure. A city court said health data showed bars weren't to blame for a huge surge in the city's Covid-19 cases - and that a forced curfew on late-night trading was a disproportionate response to fighting the pandemic in the German capital.
