Belgium to make a u-turn on covid-19 measures

Belgium is reversing course on Covid-19 prevention measures, just weeks after announcing a relaxation of the rules. Under the leadership of a new Prime Minister, measures will be tightened this coming Friday, as a surge in new infections accelerates. Toni Waterman has more.
