Azerbaijani and Armenian diplomats to attend talks in Moscow

The Russian Foreign Ministry says representatives from Armenia and Azerbaijan have confirmed their attendance in consultations in Moscow on Friday. The two countries are engaged in fierce fighting over the disputed territory of Nagorno-Karabakh. Julia Chapman has more.
