Western Cape turns attention to 'second pandemic'

South Africa’s Western Cape province was the country’s first Covid-19 epicentre. Now, infection rates have declined to the point where field hospitals are being decommissioned. For premier Alan Winde, the new threat is one of poverty and starvation. Mark Roughton reports.
