UK IMMIGRATION MINISTER HEADING TO FRANCE TO DISCUSS SURGE IN MIGRANT CROSSINGS

UK immigration minister, Chris Philip, is heading to Paris to meet his counterpart — to discuss the recent surge in migrants crossing the English Channel
