Japan’s Abe vows stepped-up measures against COVID-19

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe says he'll work to prevent vulnerable people, such as the elderly, from contracting COVID-19 in order to avoid declaring another state of emergency. As coronavirus cases continue to rise in Japan, Abe has been criticized for being 'missing in action', with only 2 news conferences in the past 50 days. Grace Lee reports.
