Exiled opposition leader says she's ready to lead Belarus

Belarusian opposition leader Svetlana Tikhanovskaya, currently in exile in Lithuania, says she is ready to step in as a transitional leader. More than 200,000 people are estimated to have gathered in the capital Minsk on Sunday, calling for fresh elections. Julia Chapman has more.
