U.S. prosecutors say the Chinese consulate in San Francisco is harbouring a Chinese scientist suspected of concealing ties to the Chinese military in order to get a U.S. visa.
The prosecutors say China is engaging in a program to send undercover army scientists to the US…and they say this case is not isolated.
