Traders eye Covid-19 infections and China tensions in week ahead [preview]

Traders on Wall Street this week will again be watching Covid-19
infection rates for signs of how the virus is impacting the country's
reopening efforts.

The U.S. posted better than expected retail figurers last week but
there are fears that a surge in cases could slow the economic
recovery.
