Russian draft law would give long jail sentence for calls to return territory

A draft law moving through the Russian parliament would recommend a prison sentence of up to 10 years for anyone who suggests handing over part of the country's territory. The legislation would take aim at Russians who question the legality of the annexation of Crimea. Julia Chapman has more.
