Uganda's President Yoweri Museveni has called for free and fair elections in South Sudan to end the current political crisis.
Mr. Museveni says he wants all parties in the crisis to work quickly during the transitional period… so that the people of South Sudan are allowed to choose their leaders.
The remarks came during a virtual summit of the leaders of the Intergovernmental Authority on Development.
