Biden puts Kremlin "on notice" over US election interference

Former Vice President Joe Biden says that if he's elected President he will hold Russia accountable for any efforts Moscow makes to interfere in this November's US election.


He's also accusing the Russians of seeking to spread disinformation about COVID-19.
