Battle over covid-19 recovery fund carries on into day 4

Marathon talks resume on Monday as EU leaders try to strike a deal on a covid-19 recovery fund and the bloc's next long-term budget. After negotiating through the weekend, there are signs of compromise, as Europe tries to round the edges on the deepest recession in living memory. Toni Waterman reports from Brussels
