India crosses 400,000 covid cases; the capital revamps its containment strategy

India's government is revising its COVID-19 strategy for New Delhi as cases continue to rise amid lockdown lifting.

More than 400,000 coronavirus cases have been recorded in India and on Monday the country saw its biggest jump in fatalities, with 445 deaths being reported.
