Breonna Taylor's home city of Louisville bans "no-knock warrants"


The city of Louisville in Kentucky, where Breonna Taylor was shot dead by police, is banning so-called "no-knock warrants."

The 26-year-old black woman was killed in March when police entered her apartment as part of a drugs investigation.
