Big gains on Wall Street following strong retail sales data

All three major U.S. stock indexes posted substantial gains Tuesday
fueled by better-than-expected retail sales numbers.

That data suggests the economy is on a path to recovery but the
Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell warns there's still a long way to
go.
