Amnesty International Faults DR Congo President on Death of Hundreds

INTRO:

A new report by Amnesty International has accused the President of the Democratic Republic of Congo of going back on his promise of strengthening the rule of law and fighting impunity.

The Human Rights organization faults President Felix Tshisekedi for making no effort to conduct investigations into the deaths of hundreds of people killed during protests between 2015 and 2018.
