U.S. markets pull back after Monday’s rally

There were losses for the U.S. markets Tuesday with investors
digesting comments from the Treasury Secretary and Chair of the
Federal Reserve.

Both Steven Mnuchin and Jerome Powell were on Capitol Hill fielding
questions from the Senate Banking Committee.
