US health chiefs quarantine after White House aides test positive for coronavirus

Three of America's highest-ranking health officials are self-quarantining after two White House aides tested positive for coronavirus.

They include Dr Anthony Fauci who has become the public face of the fight against the virus in the US.

The 79-year-old has tested negative but he will work mainly from home for two weeks.

He and other health officials are due to appear before a senate health committee on Tuesday and will now do so via video conferencing.
