Austria, Denmark and The Netherlands have pushed back against a Franco-German plan for a recovery fund worth worth €500 billion ($543.7 billion), during a teleconference of finance ministers on Tuesday.
The fund was announced during a joint press conference delivered by German and French leaders Angela Merkel and Emmanuel Macron on Monday.
